Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Capzy LLC ("Capzy", "we") handles information in connection with Capium Browser and this website. We designed Capium to keep you in control of your own data.
Local by design
Capium Browser runs on your own machine and uses the network egress and proxies you configure. Your browsing sessions, the pages you visit, and the traffic they generate do not pass through Capzy's servers and are not collected by us. We do not see, store, or sell your session data.
What we do collect
- Account data. When you create an account on capzy.ai we collect your email, authentication details, and subscription and billing records needed to provide the Service.
- License and update checks. The software validates your license and may check for the latest build. These requests include your license key and basic version information, not your browsing activity.
- Website analytics. This marketing site may record aggregate, privacy-light usage (such as page views and referrers) to understand what is useful. It does not fingerprint you or sell your data.
- Support communications. If you contact us, we keep the messages needed to help you.
Payment data
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers on capzy.ai. Card details are handled by those providers under their own terms; we do not store full card numbers.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies necessary to operate and, where enabled, aggregate analytics. Your account session on capzy.ai uses secure, http-only cookies for authentication.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process subscriptions and prevent abuse or fraud.
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as payment and infrastructure providers), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. Providers are bound to use it only to provide their services to us.
Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise them, email [email protected].
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. See also our Terms of Service.
